"Really helpful after my order"
I had a small issue with my unit a few months after buying it and wasn’t totally sure how the warranty side of things worked, if that makes sense. I got in touch with Aircon Direct and they replied quickly. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and sorted out the replacement part without making it feel like a big hassle. It took a few days to arrive, but everything’s working fine now. Really happy with the after-sales service.

"Return was handled well"
I ended up having to return an air con unit because it just wasn’t quite right for the size and layout of my room. I did think it through before buying, but these things are a bit hard to judge until you’ve actually tried them. The return process was fairly straightforward, and they got back to my emails within a day or so. The refund came through once they’d received it back. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but nothing too unreasonable. Overall, decent service...

I was frustrated. The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking almost never updated, so I had no idea what was going on. Definitely not something I’d rely on if I needed something by a certain date

I ordered an air con unit from aircondirect.co.uk because, typical really, everywhere else seems to be out of stock whenever you actually need something. They had the model I wanted, so I gave it a go. It arrived with the right unit and all the bits included, which is basically all you can ask for these days. No hassle, no chasing around, just straightforward. I’d use them again.

"Bought it on a whim and it works great"
I grabbed this air con impulsively and I’m glad I did. It cools the room down fast, feels sturdy enough, and I haven’t really got any complaints so far

"That checkout nonsense was a pain"
Using the website was way more annoying than it needed to be. Ordering took forever, pages kept freezing, and the whole checkout mess felt confusing for no good reason.

"Good value and decent service"
I ordered an air con unit from them because the price was better than most of the other places I’d looked at. Delivery wasn’t lightning fast, but it arrived within a reasonable time, so no real complaints there. I did check in with support at one point and they basically said something like, “It’s on the way and should be with you soon,” which was fine and pretty much what happened. For the money, I’m happy with what I got and I’d use them again...

"Decent product, but support was slower than I expected"
The product turned out fine in the end, but I expected the support to be a lot more responsive. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a quick update, and I still had to follow up a couple of times before getting an answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the gap between what I expected and how long it actually took was frustrating.
